Swabe Foodtruck is a Filipino food truck operating in Queens, New York. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use this website. Questions about any of it can go to swabefoodtruck@gmail.com.
Information we collect
Catering and event enquiries
Our catering form does not send anything to a server. When you submit it, the details you typed are placed into a draft email in your own email application, and nothing is sent until you press send yourself. We only ever receive what you choose to send us, which is typically your name, phone number, email address, event date, location, guest count and any notes you add.
Contacting us directly
If you call, text, email or message us on social media, we receive whatever information you provide in that message.
Information collected automatically
This website does not set its own cookies, and it does not run analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which may include IP addresses and browser information, for security and reliability.
Third-party services on this site
- Google Maps. The map on our Find Us page is embedded from Google. Loading that page means Google may receive information about your visit under its own privacy policy.
- Google Fonts. Typefaces are loaded from Google's font service, which means your browser makes a request to Google to fetch them.
- Delivery platforms. Links to DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub take you off this site. Anything you do there is governed by that platform's own terms and privacy policy, not ours.
- Social media. Links to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube take you to those platforms, which handle your data under their own policies.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to answer your question, quote and arrange catering, and keep in touch about a booking you have made. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking.
Sharing
We do not share your details with third parties except where we have to in order to run the business, such as a payment processor for a catering deposit, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as they are useful for servicing your booking and for our own records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email swabefoodtruck@gmail.com and we will take care of it.
Children
This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
